Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Cielo Shift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Cielo Shift is offered at a flat $39 per month per location with unlimited employees. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription will continue at the standard rate until canceled.

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree to use Cielo Shift in compliance with applicable laws and only for legitimate scheduling and labor management purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Cielo Shift. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cielo Shift connects to third-party services such as Clover POS. Your use of those services is governed by the respective provider's terms. We are not responsible for outages or data issues caused by third-party platforms.

We work hard to keep Cielo Shift available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cielo Shift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
